We pack and prepare orders daily from Monday to Friday. If you place your order before 12 pm, it will be packed and ready for pickup on the same day. However, whether it ships that day depends on the shipping carrier’s pickup time on that day.

Shipping times vary by location. East Coast orders usually take 5-7 days, while West Coast orders typically arrive in 2-4 days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

We use UPS and USPS for shipping. Both carriers pick up packages from our warehouse in Tukwila, Washington State, every weekday, Monday through Friday.
